It's Prada Darling...

Howdy!

So this outfit was a complete eclectic mixture of finds and purchases. Lets just say I was feeling experimental :) Which is NEVER a bad thing.

One of the main pieces that may stand out to you might just be my top half... I adopted this baby only the other week, from a charity shop naturally 'Sue Ryder', and it was £1 YES £1!, this luminescent beauty is like a wind breaker. It's combination of neoprene cuffs and neck collar was heaven, I love elasticity that maintains it's natural form.

This was an outfit of layers... one of my reasons for loving winter. Underneath my baby I had on a turtle neck jumper which I picked up in the sale from 'Zara'; a middy white vintage stunner which is great for wearing for a more couture feel as well as ethnic ;-) I found this handy contraption in Brick Lane.

Moving on down the body, I thought I should tone at least some part down a bit, so I decided to throw on my black jodhpurs of which I found a few years back at 'Clothes Show Live' whilst my crew were having photos taken with George Lamb :'( but hey ho I'm not complaining :P

On to the feet, following on from my major sock 'fetish', I added another pop of colour with a splash of happy red fishnet ankle socks, I LOVE these socks, I also own these in Turquoise + Fuchsia :). Now last but evidently certainly not least, we have my shoes... the one and only PRADA. I thought these were a myth until I actually witnessed them in the flesh, I had to  obviously try on every pair, every colour before I went for my final choice. These will be timeless and was worth all my hard days work to save up for them! :)

Holla out ya'll!

You Can Never Take Away My Leather

Yo Yo Yo! What's up? What's up? It's time to get busy, so lets kick this shit...

O.U.T.F.I.T = You Can Never Take Away My Leather

Howdy all! Another deconstruction on my apparel for this this weeks post. Clearly one of my main and most elaborate pieces for this look of choice was the O so loved 'Leather Coat'. One of my most favoured garments I have purchased to date, £8 from a charity shop, precisely 'British Heart Foundation, what a steal?!

This 80's take on Aztec printed shirt was another purchase from Rokit, I can't recall the exact price, but regardless it is a definite statement piece for your wardrobe. Especially for this season, it seems shirts have been given the lime light.

Unforgivably I am displaying the same denim and boots from previous times, this is due to me having to start work after the mornings duties. Don't worry, it will just give you more to look forward too ;)

Happy Hunting my fellow blog heads.

I shop at GAP...n wot

 Ok... Outfit time.

My jumper was from GAP a simplistic navy military knit I believe it's a type of. The shirt was from H&M, I wore the collar underneath, this was from Camden, my friend Nicky gave it to me (hand me downs lol) .Not only for aesthetic purposes but practicality, it keeps the collar of the shirt bonded to my neck, insulating more heat.

Denim jeans are from GAP they are  great quality and also manage to keep in heat. I have on luminescent yellow socks which I believe are from Tophop, a great pop of colour for the outfit as you know I am obsessed over my socks.

Boots are vintage from Rokit! :)

FLICKS

MOVIE MUSE

So there are a few movies in the pipeline which I am O so excited about, all to their own hold very different story lines. Fantasy being the major subject though. Starting off with...

'Wreck-It Ralph' - When I first had a glimpse at the trailer for this I nearly collapsed... hold on, let me rewind that statement. When I first saw Bowser in the trailer for this film I nearly asphyxiated. That's all I needed to see to know this was going to be another huge follow up from the classics by 'Pixar'. From a minimal approach, this film is ultimately about an arcade villain wanting to rebel against his traditional game mode and become the hero he truly wishes to be. Hitting the big screen on February 8th, GO AND WATCH THIS! I can't wait!

'Beautiful Creatures' - So I first saw this film advertised on the trailers while at the cinema, it's fair to say it got me highly eager to find out the release date, it seemed to have such a 90's vibe about it, think... 'The Craft' but revamped! It has magical powers and domineering females which are enough for me to purchase my ticket...don't know about you?! Another MUST SEE for me. Looks very elegant while keeping that dark witch theme streaming throughout it.

Loving how retro this year is becoming, video game related animations and a contemporary gothic witch related movies... HEAVEN.
